When you purchase access to workshops, we ask you to provide certain personal data.
Your personal data is collected, stored, and used solely to enable your participation in workshops with John Delgado.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we transfer your data to third countries.
Web Hosting
Our website is hosted by One.com, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website is stored in One.com’s data centers. Customer data of EU residents is stored within Denmark, inside the EU.
Consent
When we process your personal data, it is often based on a lawful basis other than your consent. Therefore, we only seek your consent when necessary to process your personal data for the purposes described above.
If we request your consent, it is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by notifying us.
Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties outside John Delgado (e.g., for marketing purposes) without your explicit consent.
Storage and Deletion of Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our coaching and workshops and to fulfill any legal obligations. Additionally, we store your information for up to three years after your last registration or purchase.
